Thanks to the excellent location, the apartment is an ideal holiday home (the international airport of Lamezia Terme is only a few minutes away, and the beaches and some of Calabria's most beautiful resorts such as Pizzo and Tropea are within easy reach). T

he apartment offers independent central heating system and water supply, two large bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

All the amenities, e.g. bar, patisserie, pizzeria, post, banks, laundry, doctor's surgery etc., are within a few minutes' walk, so that the apartment can also serve as a main residence.
